Kolber previously worked at CBS Sports and Fox Sports. Kolber is a Pennsylvanian native who earned her master's degree from the University of Miami. Kolber started her career working in New York City as a CBS Sports video coordinator. She won an award for a locally-based Sports Emmy during her tenure with WTVJ-TV situated in Miami. She was also employed by WPLG-TV in Miami and WPEC-TV in West Palm Beach, Florida. She was hired by ESPN in 1993, and was one of the first anchors of ESPN2 when it was first launched. Following her time at ESPN2 during the next three years, Fox Sports hired her. Her return to ESPN in 1999 and is currently hosting Monday Night Countdown.
